SAP Target Cost in production order confirmation

Hi SAP Expert,

I wanna ask about calculation formula for target cost activity .

As I know for target cost activity = confirmed activity x plan price for activity.

Example =

Confirmed activity FOH = 38 hours

Plan Price in KP26 for FOH = 104.667

So target cost = 38 x 104.667 = 3.977.346

But when I check cost analysis prod order or report KKBC_ORD target cost = 3.954.094.

Why my calculation is different with report result?

The Costing lot size in the costing view 1 of the material master record is it similar to or different from the base quantity in the operations of your routing (CA03) ?
