    Hi,

ERS is for the regular vendors when creating the Purchase order.

PO becomes mandatory for making the payment.

Normally payment is based on invoice but in ERS its on PO.

In the Vendor Master Select the options for ERS in purchasing

Select the ERS check box and GR check box while Creating

    Purchase order in ME21N.

    DO MIGO Goods Receipt

    and then execute the MR8L

    for the ERS Settlement.

Enter the PO no, plant, Comp code.

Execute the automatically the invoice will be genarated

U need not do MIRO for ERS PO.

    Regards,

    Padma.

    R

Electronic or Evaluated Receipt Settlement? Check under SPRO -> MM -> LIV -> ERS.
