file adapter

Hi all,

i want the adapter to pick the file at exactly 12 AM ,how should i configure it?

Give the pooling interval as 86400 secs(606024) and activate your adapter at exactly 12:00AM.

since the pooling interval is 86400 secs(1 day)it will pick the next file at exactly 12:00AM every day.

Hi

This is possible to do the scheduling in RWB Communication Channel monitoring, but its not possible to do it in the File adapter configuration, here you can set the interval.

In RWB Communication Channel monitoring, you can have the provision to fix such type of availability timings for your channel.

Hi Rao,

I guess you are expecting scheduling at File adapter configuration itself.

But it is not possible to define specific timings at adapter configuration.

you can use adapter scheduling

but you should have xi 3.0 sp 19 or PI 7.0 sp 10
