Hello All, I need to set the user status of a ticket in SAP Solution Manager from "New" to "In Process". Is there a FM that I can use by passing a ticket number? Furthermore is there the possibility to add a description text and set the "support team" field?

Hi Tammy, Thank You for your useful information and I will take it into account. Since I need to develop an Abap program to handle the status of the tickets, on the network I have found the reference to the use of the functions CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and CRM_ORDER_SAVE. If you have any experience regarding the use of these functions I'd like to have your opinion. Thank you for your kind support.

Hi - we use program AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE to change statuses on tickets.
Support team field - that is part of master data set up in PPOMA transaction
