Getting error in POSDM/MON0 that Unit *** is not created in language EN

Hi,

I am using POSDTA(CAR). In POSDW/MON0 i am getting an error that

Unit *** is not created in language EN.

I checked TCODE cuni uom EA is created in english and table TOO6A ,TOO6 has value for EA. What i have to do to overcome this error?
