Pass a security token to a web service that's being used as a datasource for a BOBJ report?

I'm aware of the ability of a BOBJ report to use a Web Service as a datasource however I can only find ways to use a fixed user ID/password for the Web Service. We'd like to be able to pass a security token to the web service to authenticate the user and allow/deny access to the requested data accordingly. Is this possible?

web services (dswsbobje biprws) can be setup with SSO (kerberos) and possibly trusted auth (via SDK only) I'm not sure what you mean by passing a security token.

Which web service are you using, and how is the users identity going to be determined to pass a token (AD users, SAP users, SAML, other?)
