How to enhance mcmain.htm from CRMCMP_IC_FRAME

We are enabling SAP CIC multisession and want to reduce the number of tabs. As per the note 1628185 we need to extend the htm page "mcmain" and manually insert the number of max session numbers.

Question - How to extend these pages with flow logic? We can enhance and extend component and views. Do we need to get an access key and modify the standard "mcmain" html page of this component CRMCMP_IC_FRAME?

Please suggest.

Hi

as mentioned in the note (1628185) this IS a modification - so you have to get an object key and change the page mcmain.htm!

You should only do this change as modification - other view,component,... enhancements should be done with the "normal" CRM Enhancement functions!
