I am having 1000 production order. Now i want to find out the T-code with which these orders are created. Please guide

Use the Tcode COOIS. and change the layout inthe output screen to find out who created this production order and who changed it....

Can you please tell me what exactly you are looking for?
Generally we create Production Order by using the following T Codes:
In case of Production Order Creation,
CO01 - With Material
CO07 - Without Material
In Case of Process Orders,
COR1 - With Material
CORO - Without Material
The above possiblities are only during direct Order Creation.
You can also create a Production/Process Orders by accessing the Transaction Code MD04 (Stock/Requirments List) from there you can select the Planned Order (Which is generally generated during MRP run) and convert it to Production Orders

What do you mean? the transaction code used is always CO01 can you pl explain?
If you mean the following pl let us know
If you have created using planned order, then you have planned order reference in production order and tranaction code is differnt
If you have created using SO, then the sales order reference will be there in Production order and the transaction will be different.
If you have created using projects, then the WBS reference will be there in Production order and the transaction will be different.
