Wonder if UI5 has support that let user to create support ticket from application? A use case is when user sees an issue with the UI5 app, the next step he wants to do is to open a ticket on a support system like BCP.
Ideal case is user can start the ticket system from UI5 app with some predefined info and can attach logs optionally.
