С4С and External Servicedesks

Maybe someone has already implemented.

Is it possible to connect the Service Desk or the Task Manager to the C4C?
My users want to send tasks from C4C Ticket to users in other systems (not C4C and not SAP). More, created a task in the ticket and the handler closes the task in another system.
