SAP Push Notifications for approval apps (Leave requests version 2, approve purchase order)

Hi everyone,

I am willing to display notifications in SAP Fiori Launchpad for fiori approval apps my leave requests (Version2) and Approve purchase order. For that, I have followed step by step this document https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/download/attachments/467538692/How%20to%20setup%20Notifications%20in%2... in order to enable push notifications.

I have tested the Demo Notification Provider IWNGW_DEMO1 and also the SAP Business Workflow Notification Provider and everything worked well.

When I try to apply this on My leave requests or Approve purchase order, no notifications are displayed.

PS: I have added the workflow of both these approval apps.

How can I solve this ?

Hi Mariam

I have the same problem. What I find out is that the user WF_BATCH needs the role /IWNGW/RT_USER_PROD to send push notifications. But that's not all. If you solved the problem, please inform me about that.
