In SAP REFX , our management is requiring to ascertain profitability of the units leased out . Rental objects which have been leased out they are generating revenue for the company, that revenue is captured upon transfer posting in RERAPP. We have some common costs laying on cost centers, we want them to be allocated on Rental object level so that their overall cost and revenue analysis can be seen in report REISCOCSTACT. I do not see any option for capturing rental unit in KSV1 Receiver side, only building,bus entity and property can be seen.
