Hi,

I have some problem about SAP BW loading.

while loading I'm getting this error "Master data/Text of Characteristic ZMAT already deleted"

and loading is failing.

So when I try to loading again sometime loading is completed but sometime is failed with this error.

I try to find out root cause and I check table RSMASD there is ZMAT entry this table.

How do I remove the entry?

How can I fixed this problem ??

Now my SAP BW is 3.0 B and support package 26

Hope this helps...

Sumaru

Hi,

As per you the root cause is the lock entry in RSMASD table.

If at all deletion is the only solution then, please see if the below is useful for you

steps to delete the entry.

1.display the table contents.

2.double click the record to be deleted.

3.switch to classical debugging mode ->enter->enter

4.you will see a variable CODE , change its value to DELE.

5.click pencil icon and then save.

6.come out of debugging mode and now u will be able to delete that record.

Hope it helps

Hi,

Check table RSMASD or SM12 for an entry there.

RSMASD should be blank normally.

SAP Note Number: 936694, 946992 and 936694.

Try

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
