Custom Field in standard Application Interface not showing in output

Hi,

I have added a custom field via KUT in my service ticket screen and added that new field (i.e. Fieldname:Idealtime) in the standard API.

I have downloaded the WSDL and used SOAP UI to see the results.

I can see my new field (Idealtime) in left hand side: request side within SoapUI.

When i execute my request from SOAP, all goes fine except that this field (Idealtime) does not come up in the right hand side (results side)

Please note that I have already added this new field in the correct service "QueryRequest".

any advise how this field can be added in the output of the request?
