I have a scenario in which our business users require Digital Signatures only on results recording in QM. The main requirement is to have multilevel (2 level) signatures on results recording i.e one signature when entering results in QE11 and one signature when verifying results via QEDS for a particular inspection lot. I have managed to configure multilevel digital signatures on our test server but when digitally signing the MICs, the system asks to sign each and every MIC assigned in the respective inspection plan. So if there are 10 MICs for result recording, the user will have to enter his/her password against each MIC which is not feasible to our users. And when verifying these results in transaction QEDS, the user will have to verify and sign each of the MICs one by one which is again not feasible.
So the question here is that is there a way in which we can configure multilevel digital signatures and the users will have to sign only once in QE11 and once in QEDS for all the MICs in the inspection lot? Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
