Hello Guru,

Need help

I have the requirement to calculate my different tax based on the value in Sales Process.

Requirement:

Client India: GST regime.

During Sale process:

1- If net price is 1000 or less than 1000 then tax will be charged 5% based on value.

2- If net price is more than 1000 then tax will be charged 12% based on value.

Great Thanks.

Hi,

Would you please explain the business process? Generally, GST condition is calculated based on material. In you case, business wants to calculate based on total value of goods. Please elabore more about it.

Is it applicable for all the sales processes or for an individual customer?

You may use Condition scale and maintain the condition record accordingly.

Dear Kamlesh, Thanks for asking:
Scenario is:

Client wanted to calculate the tax based on item per piece and then taxes are multiply with quantity.

1- If we have the item price from INR 1 to INR 99 then charged 5% on per piece and then multiply the tax* total quantity in tax slab.

2- As same if item price is from INR 100 to > xxxx then charged 10% on per piece and then multiply the tax* total quantity.
Both scenarios are need to be in one order with multiple line item.

Thanks,

Rajeev Singh

Hi,

You may use Scale Basis i.e "Value Scale:B" and write the mentioned logic in VOFM and assign it to "Scale Formula" column. Thus, you can achieve your requirement.

Please update the outcome also.

Kamlesh
