Inbound Call without CTI Client Adapter

Hello, Experts!
Our users have Linux.

Therefore we can not use the CTI Adapter.

describes the ability to use an external provider, using code to create a new call in С4С phone call in LiveActivity panel. At the moment we are using HTML5.
We can add a widget to the LiveActivity. But we do not know how to display the call on the LiveActivity panel to further work with the phone call document.
Is it possible to implement work in HTML5 without using a CTI adapter?

    Hello Andrey,

    The softphone widget works with RUI/fiori client only...you will not be able to use it in HTML5.

    Perhaps you can revisit the UI strategy and discuss on why HTML5 is to be used currently...
