Business ByDesign - After Going Live Migrated Data Fixes

Dear Business ByDesign Experts,

We have gone live over the production tenant (Business ByDesign). But we migrated wrong financial data.

On the other hand, we still working on the development tenant, and everything is correct at the development tenant so far, as we are as well didn't go live over the development tenant yet.

In consequence, are we able to convert the development tenant to become a production tenant, after the production tenant has gone live - I believe that would be the best option- , because I guess I can’t delete migrated financial data over the production tenant after going live?I

Sorry to hear you had a problem with migration, were you following the Data migration scope and planning document? There is a big red line in that document that prompts you to request a restore point prior to transactional migration?

What errors have you encountered with your migration, if it just GL Balances and posting errors, these can be reversed with another migration, but with all the entries reversed.

also if you have an error with open items you can again execute another migration with the same data, but with document types reversed (so invoice becomes credit) for example.
