Installation FINBASIS 700 on Netweaver Process integration 7.1failed

Hi Expert,

My installation of FINBASIS 700 on Netweaver 7.1 failed.

In the file /usr/sap/trans/log/SAPRIEQ08A.BA1, I found the the error:

Steps for Reconstruction

I installed a distribute system based on AS ABAP and AS Java (SAP

Netweaver Process integration 7.1):

• The central services instance is installed on rldev2 server (AIX rldev2

3 5 00C5D1604C00)

• The database instance is installed on oradev2 server (AIX oradev2 3 5

00C5D1604C00 -- Oracle 10.2.0.2)

• The primary Application server instance is installed on rldev2 server

I used the note 1037878 to import the add-on FINBASIS 700. I checked all

prerequiste before starting the import:

• The level of SAP_BASIS, SAP_ABA, SAP_BW is 004

• The level of PI_BASIS is 003

• I created new user ARA (client 000)

• I UNPACK the SAR file KIEQ08A.SAR (on rldev2 server /usr/sap/trans)

• I connected via ARA user (client 000)

• I called the transaction SAINT

• define the OCS package for import SAPKIEQ08A)

• Start the import

The import failed at the step 4/5

How can i solve this issue?

Hi,

First of all, have you repeated the installation (always repeat once).

Otherwise, you need to check the job log of the background job RDDEXECL.

Logon to the SAP-system with SAPGUI and run transaction SM37.

Enter job name RDDEXECL and username *

Check only "Cancelled".

Mark the failing job and press "Job Log".

This will give you more details on the error.
