Could you help me? I am trying to figure out if there is a way to increase the split number more than 254. I need assign more than 500 people at person assignment tab in the network activity, cj20n transaction.

I dont think you can. But raised a OSS note to SAP or check for notes
Additionally, you can split the activity into 2 or more based on certain group of users, which can make your life easier.

That´s exactly what we are doing now. We´ve splited into 2 ou more activities. But the client wants to use only one activity.
Try to convince the client, if that's not possible then raise a OSS note to SAP and get an update.
SAP can provide a work around.
