Change Serial Number status during any Material Movement

Dear Xperts

I would like to have different Serial Number system status for different material movement types.

For example , if I do 601 the status should be ECUS(at customer site) whereas if I do 901 it should be TRFR(transferred). Pl let me know how to achieve this.

I have created few custom statuses thru BS22 and allowed/disallowed certain business transactions accordingly and mapped those custom statuses with Movement types in a Custom Z-table.

I have seen the below User-Exits , however , not sure how and in which table/s these function modules/exits will bypass the existing status and update the new status based upon the mapping on my Z-Table as per movement type.

EXIT_SAPLIE01_007 (Serial Numbers, User Exit in Goods Movement)

EXIT_SAPLIE01_005 (Serial Numbers, User Exit in the Update)

Also in the above exits I am not able to figure out the provision to dynamically capture the Serial numbers that have been entered during the transaction with a particular movement type(inbound or outbound). Pl help.
