In PM orders users status in transaction IW28/IW29 and IW38/IW39 are different

Hello Team

while executing transaction IW29 for notifications display and also executing the IW39

the user status are different please find below screenshot.

I maintained this user status (WFS) earlier long back ago.

Hi Kiran,

Is the User Status common for both Notification and Order ? Normally when you check IW29, it will show Notification User Status and Iw39 it will show Order User Status.

If that's the case, some one might have change the Notification User Status, as adviced by Pete try to check the change documents for User Status.

Go into the user-status sceen in the notifcation and order, then use the following menu path to see the change documents: Extras->Change Documents->All

You will then be able to see who changed the user-statuses and when.

You get a similar thing in the Action Log.
