Hi,
While developing an Adobe Form, when i click on layput tab, i am getting a pop-up with message "Error while generating document".
Is it any compatibility error of Adobe designer or due to lack of any software in my machine or any other configurational error.
Please advice, the help will be very much appreciated.
Its Urgent..

In my system Adobe 8.0, ActiveX 9.0 and interactive forms s/ws are installed. If i design a new Adobe form i get the similar error which i posted earlier and if i use any previous one then i get "Memory protection fault in OLE container control". Pls help.
also If anybody else faced these errors then pls help.
points will be rewarded accordingly..
BR,

It has something to do with the OLE interface which is used by the SAP gui or Netweaver Dever Studio to invoke Adobe Live Cycle Designer. One way to produce this error consistenly is to isntall MS Sql Server 2008 on your good machine. You definitely will see the error. Then uninstall SQL 2008 to make the error go away. I tried that many time and it break/fixes my machine every time as expected.
You need to find what application is conflicting with Adobe LiveCycle Designer and remove it.
I have the same error. but I have solved the issue. you can open the Adobe FormDesigner.exe, then open Tcode :SFP,then turn to Layout tab, finally you can work well.

Hi,
I have the same problems when opening a form layout from SFP, first got the
Memory protection fault in OLE container control
Message no. SOFFICEINTEGRATION101
and now:
Error during method call
Message no. SOFFICEINTEGRATION207
I have SAP GUI 7.1 with patch, and Adobe Livecycle Designer 8.0.
This was working for me before but today it was broken and I uninstalled all SAP components and reinstalled them but the SOFFICEINTEGRATION207 error remains. Please help if you now how to fix this.
Thanks,
Jukka

Hi Alok,
Make sure that all pre-config is correct. Check the ADS and Visual Admin for correct config.
There was a similar issue here and the ADS Config was the issue...
Hope this helps...

I think you got my message wrong. I do have ADOBE LIFE CYCLE DESIGNER (I tried both v 7 and v 8, 1 version at a time). I also have Netweaver Developer Studio with SP17.
What I was trying to tell you all is one of the applications on your machine could change the OLE interface or its behavior such that the SAP GUI or Netweaver Developer Studio can no longer invoke ADOBE LIFE CYCLE DESIGNER.
Hi,
I too experienced similar problems recently - used to get errors like SOFFICEINTEGRATION143, SOFFICEINTEGRATION141 & SOFFICEINTEGRATION101(Memory protection error for OLE Container) while accessing Layout of Interactive Forms.
I got it resolved by uninstalling the NWDS (which uninstalls Adobe LiveCycle Designer (ALD) as well) and then reinstalling ALD and NWDS (Optional).
With the NWDS installation, ALD is also bundled.
If you need to install ALD separately, you may get the right ALD version from
SAP Support Portal->Downloads-> Entry by Application Group->
Support Packages and Patches-> SAP NetWeaver-> SAP NETWEAVER-> SAP NETWEAVER 7.0-> Entry by Component-> Frontend =>> ADOBE LIVECYCLE DESIGNER 8.0 -> #OS independent.
Hope this helps.
