Is it possible to run a report (maybe using cv04n) to show DIRs that has been released and exactly who released it. I know you can view the status log for each DIR, but what if I want a list of DIRs that has been released, is it possible to add a column for who made the change?
Hi Danelle,
please use transaction CV04N for this issue. Here you can enter document data and also a specific status and then execute the search. The result brings out all documents which have currently assigned this status. For further information you can also see the small blue info button next to the status field in transaction CV04N.
Best regards,
Christoph
P.S.: Please reward points for useful information.

Hi Danelle,
I'm sorry but this is not possible by using CV04N. Maybe report MCDOKABL could be useful for you. This report is also used for the 'display changes' functionality in CV03N or CV02N transaction. Here you can
enter document data and all changes will be displayed to you. In a second step you can filter the result to your needs.
Best regards,
Christoph
Hi Danelle,
normally report MCDOKABL has to be available in your system as this report is used for a standard DMS functionality. So if you go to transaction CV03N and choose 'Display changes' in menu 'Environment' the changes are displayed by using this report.
Which release do you run currently?
Best regards,
Christoph
Hi Danelle,
I think that report MCDOKABL should be useful and help here. Just execute this report and do not enter any document data. Then all changes should be returned and you can now go to menu 'Edit' and use 'Set filter'. Here please press the button 'Position' and chosse the relevant fields for filter (e.g. Field Name, New,...). Then enter the filter criteria 'DOKST' for field 'Field name' and 'value 'FR' (value for the status abbreviation) for field 'New'. Then all entries where the status is changed to Release should be returned.
Best regards,
Christoph
