SAP OEE Goods Issue Scanner functionality not working

Hello,

We are trying to use the Scanner functionality in the Goods Issue screen but nothing is working in the SAP MII > Worker UI Management > Application Launchpad > Goods Issue.

Any idea or help to resolve the issue would be great.
