How to find given employee number is manager or not

Could you please tell me the logic for finding

whether given employee is manager or not

hi,

goto se12 give table name as pa0001 and display,

goto components give employee group as 1,employee subgroup as 4 and execute.u will get all employee details who r managers.

Hi Gautham,

your logic is not working here.I tried but no data

avialble if i given EE Group = 1 EE Subgroup = 4.
