Users are being kicked out in the FIORI application when clicking the tiles

We have a Fiori Launchpad that are used in multiple countries. We have one specific country(Canada) that has this issue only.

Issue:

Currently, we are encountering issues that the users are being kicked out in the FIORI application when clicking the tiles.

Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue:

  • Step 1: Access Fiori Launchpad.

    Step 2: Go to Billing Clerk.

    Step 3: Display Final Bill.

    Step 4: Enter Invoice number in billing document.

    The issue encountered when the user input the Invoice Number in the billing document. User is being redirected to the Home page

Note:

Set up of machines/workstations are all identical (32/64bit os, mccaffe antivirus) in all countries. All users have the same roles. They are all using chrome browsers.

Is this caused by a network issue or domain issue?

Will sudden loss of internet connection cause the Fiori app to session timeout?

Does slow internet connection cause the Fiori app to session timeout?

Does antivirus cause the Fiori app to session timeout?
