Hello Challa Vikram Reddy ,

The SAP approved remote access solutions for Business One are

Terminal Services and Citrix Metaframe.

Go Global has never been tested and is therefore not supported with

Business One.

Please refer to the Supported Platforms matrix at

http://service.sap.com/smb/sbo >

> (top left menu) Product Availability

> Deploy

> Supported Platforms

> Server Platforms

For your information, there is a document on this page with information

on Citrix titled: "SAP Business One on Citrix Presentation Server -

Deployment Considerations"

As the architecture of Outlook Integration is a little bit different

from other SAP Addons, as it consists of two parts: one running within

SAP Business One and one running within MS Outlook.

It will install an Add-on only on the machine that runs the SAP Business

One application, e.g using Citrix server.

Outlook Add-On has to be installed on each client separately using the

"Standalone Installer" of Outlook Integration.

For information on Outlook Integration, please see our

documentation page

http://service.sap.com/smb/sbo/documentation

hope it helps.

HI,

With in the Network I am using Outlook Integration standard, It is working fine.

User is sending quotation(to customers) using SAP, the mail is routed

through the local outlook, the sent message is displays in outlook sent

items.

How OI standalone works On Remote location:

To access SAP server my customer is using Go-global application

As per add on installation guide i have installed OIStandalone and DIAPI

files in remote location.

In this case user sending quotation to customer using SAP.

how should the system be configured so that mail should be sent via

outlook.

Please note that multiple users would be requiring this facility.

Please suggest.

Regards,

Vikram Reddy
