Missing content on email body but available on SOIN

Hello All,

This is a weird scenario on email editor.

In SOIN 3 blocks are visible

But on agent INBOX Model Information section is just missing.

1. One possible reason is, the 3rd part is using some special tags which are filtered out or hidden from the editor.

Here is a way to analyze the issue:

This blog doesn't give final solution and answer, but give a way to analyze this kind of problem (with sample in RTE editor). If it is possible, you can show me the step where the 3rd parts get lost with all detailed information like debug information.

3. what is your E-Mail profile settings? Can you make screenshots on the profile and upload here?
