How to delete CO documents for a Parked JV Document?

Hi Gurus!

In order to delete a Parked Document, we can use the FM PRELIMINARY_POSTING_DOC_DELETE. However this FM does delete the Parked Document, but it does not delete the corresponding Controlling (CO) Documents. Do you know if there exists any FM/BAPI that I can use to delete the same?

We can accomplish the requirement of deleting both the Parked Doc as well as the CO document by going thru FBV0 and selecting 'delete parked document', but I wanted to know if the same can be achieved via FM/BAPIs so that it can be accomplished via Workflow.

Please let me know if you need any further information. Appreciate your time for looking into this!

Hi Anwar,

In a workflow i need to delete Parked Document with the corresponding Controlling (CO) Documents.

I try to use FM 'PRELIMINARY_POSTING_DOC_DELETE' with the FM 'AC_DOCUMENT_POST' (like use in the tx FBV0) but it's not ok .

Did you solved your issue?

Only way will be to debug the process and find which FM's are used.

Hi GCA.

I also tried the same thing. But it doesnt work. The CO documents can still be seen in the document. I am not sure how this can be done apart from going into FBV0 and going thru menu and clicking delete.

If you find any soluion then please let me know.
