We are developing Adhoc workflow enhancement using ECC6.0, when we run this adhoc in portal it's working like mail is going to assigned adhoc person after approved by him other person able to approve it. My question is we need to add some mail content with that mail and that mail needs to go in adhoc approver's outlook Inbox.From portal adhoc approver able to see the work item but he is not getting any mail in his outlook. To make it work, what we need to enhance in workflow, do we need to add any tasks in wf . Please help me.
