We are switching from using Non ERMS E-mail processing to ERMS E-mail processing.
The current Non ERMS set-up works without issue but we want to take advantage of the ERMS functions.
We are using the same e-mail addresses so in theory, after completing the basic config, it shoulfd work with out an issue.
In the Non ERMS config for transaction: CRMC_IC_MAIL_WF under assign agents for Task ID WS90000002 Mail Inbox Handling, we have 4 Organizational Units, each unit has their own email address.
I've applied the same logic to the In the ERMS config for transaction: CRMC_ERMS_WF_CUST under assign agents for Task ID WS00200001 ERMS 1, we have 4 Organizational Units, each unit has their own email address.
When I send in an Email I can view the workflow in SWI1 but the process ends in error. In Task TS00207915
When I check the lowest level of the technical details I get:
Resolution of rule AC00200136 for task TS00207914: no agent found.
Is there an additional step I need to complete in order to resolve?
