Could you please tell how many deprecation areas can be assigned to one company code.

Hi Praveen,
You define Depreciaiton areasa and assign it to the Chart of Depreciaiton, thata is being assigned to the Company Coded.
The T Code for Defining Depreciaiaton Areasa is OADB.

There is no direct relation between COmpnay code and Depreciation Areas.
It is linked Via Charto depreciation.
One chart of depreciation can contain many dpereciation areas.
So indirectly one company code can have many depreciation areas..

Hi,
It is the Chart of depreciation which is assigned to company code.The chart of depreciation is the list of depreciation areas arranged according to legal /reporting requirements.

You can assign as many depreciation areas to a chart of depreciation. Only one chart of depreciation can be assigned to a company code.

limit - we need to check with basis people about maximum size of the object (depreciation area related) space.
Numerically we cann't say....
