BR Backup Error

dear all,

while taking backup using BRTOOLS, process terminates with error 'Execution of BRBACKUP finished with return code 5" when checking error log using TCODE DB12 it prompts a message containing ' SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE failed for BRTOOLS - Reasons: program_start_error: for more information, see SYS.

I am using Windows 2003 Enterprise with SAP ECC5 and Oracle 9i as a database.

please help me to resolve this issue.
