VA41 contract creation automatically

Dear Expert,

Currently we have one requirement that: we created one contract with VA41 in one affiliate A, for some reason we need to create another contract in affiliate B(there maybe some difference for the sold/ship to). Both A and B are using the same SAP system.

Is there any way to transfer the contract and create the contract automatically based on existed contract?

As long as you have the required copy control in place, yes you can change the partner functions but I am confused with your subject text. What do you mean by "automatically" ??

Thank you so much for your comment. I mean that affiliate A created one contract already, affilliate B don't want to create contract again, but it is necesasary for them to create another contract. Affiliate B is wondering that if there is any way to transfer the existed contract to them and a new contract will be created based on it? For example, via EDI or else...
