Why does data not load into Crystal Report preview

Just upgraded from Sage 300 CRE version 15.1 to 17.1. Upgraded the report. When previewing the report the Report Heading and Column Headings appear on the report as well as the current date, but no data refreshes in the report body. A number of other Crystal Reports seem to run fine.

Hi Paul,

You need to contact Sage and ask them if they support your upgrade.

Likely missing a UFL or other dll the 15.1 used but not included in 17.1
