sapuxuserchk ERROR: SUM folder belongs to root or has root files (see above)!

Hi Expert,

I was in the middle of the downtime phase when the tool crashed. I think the process down. When I try to restart SUM appear the follow message:

./SUMSTART confighostagent BPR

/usr/sap/BPR/SUM/abap/exe/sapuxuserchk

ERROR: SUM folder belongs to root or has root files (see above)!

Do you have any idea?
