I have been trying to extend Taskprocessing service version 02 in Backend system ( Hub architecture ), but I get an error 'The function call of /IWWRK/WF_TGW_QUERY_TASKS failed; a field may have been assigned to the parameter ET_TASKS whose type is not compatible with this parameter'. When I debugged I found that et_tasks consists of only 18 columns and the function module it is calling has 25 columns in et_tasks. So there is a difference in structure. But I cant figure out why there is a difference in structure. I have component IW_PGW 100 007 in gateway server and IW_PGW 100 005 in backend system. Is it because of the mismatch in patch level that I am facing this issue?
I have tried extending taskprocessing service in gateway server, it worked. But I want to keep odata service in backend system only.
