Issue in Sending mail after incident creation

Hi,

I have setup up the PPF action and definition for sending mail on the creation of a new incident. But the mail doesn’t get trigged in SOST.
I see in the action log of the incident in UI, and find my action definition is Active (in yellow traffic light) but not processed with a green. What am I missing in this? Is there some setting I need to activate for my action definition?

Hi Kiran,

Can you provide some more details about your action such as what is the 'processing time' for your action definition? Is it partner-dependent? Also, do you have any start condition configured?
