SAP Hybris Marketing 1608 - doesn't work - permanent license and subscription package are OK

Hello,

we've had activated the CAL-Instance „SAP Hybris Marketing 1608“ in Sept. 2017 successfully.

We've bought a SAP subscription package and installed a permanent SAP license (see at this attachement).

Now - suddenly - the access at "SAP Hybris Marketing 1608" doesn't work (no SAPGUI, No Web-Access) - only root at Linux is possible.

I've found this error message in
