In PO Release Workflow work item is not getting deleted from SAP's Inbox

Dear All,

I have a workflow which has 5 level approval A1,F0,A2,CO,F2, AND F3.

Once CO approves the PO then email goes to F2 and F3 at the same time.

Any one of them can approve the PO.IF F2 approves then PO have release status as Final Release.

But mail is still there in F3's Inbox .once he goes to his Inbox and display that PO then that mail should get disappeared from his sap's inbox. This is not happening right now.

I have traced the workflow and i am getting an error .Please see the attachment.

I want to the code of BUS2012. How to debig this?

hello anajan,

but in PR release , if parallel approval is there ( either F1 or F2) , Both will have mail in their SAP INBOX (SBWP) to approve the PR.

Say F1 approves the PR and PR is in final released status. Now if i go and check F2's SAP INBOX(SBWP) then mail is not there because F1 has approved it.

It is working for PR but not for PO.

Do you know how to debug the methods assigned to task(background and forground)?

Hi,

First, let's be clear - there is a difference between an email in their SAPOffice (SBWP) which is simply a notification and a user cannot execute it, they can only read it - and a workitem, which is a task that requires some user action.

If you are talking about a task disappearing in your parallel approvals, then I wonder what the conditions are that would terminate the F2 level of approval?
It's always a good idea to provide a screen shot of the technical workflow log too!

Hi,

Mail will never delete in any workflow. It is standard functionality and mail deletion from workflow not possible.

Workitem can be vanished. If your problem is with workflow deletion. Then check why check FM failed in your screesnhstos.
