print layout - customise format

hi all

I need to change my current (Journal entry) print layout.how can i change the current format to my own format. can i customize the format.

When you are on the JE screen...click on Tools > Print layout designer (or) the pencil Icon on the toolbar.

Double click the System template and save it as something and start customizing

can i add more fields to that page.

You can add field as long as they come from the Journal Header or Lines table or any other table available in the table selection drop down.
