Lead Duplicate Check in SAP C4C

Hi All,

How can we perform Lead Duplicate Check based on association to an existing account during a single lead creation or via bulk import process.

Can anyone please explain how Lead Duplicate Check configuration works under business configuration setup ?

Hi Preethi,

Thanks for your answer. The link which you have mentioned says about account duplication check. Can you please explain how lead duplication check works ? Also noticed that C4C upgrade for Feb 2018 release has Lead Duplication related features. If anyone has any ideas please share with us. Thanks.
