Adding external name in BO 4.1 SMTP configuration

Dear All,

In our landscape, we are having different requirement i.e. whenever we are scheduling reports from BO, the sender email id should be no-reply@domain.com and then we need to add one external name with that specific mail id and it should look like "SAP BO" no-reply@domain.com. If i add the external name like "SAP BO" <no-reply@domain.com>, then the report is getting failed. Please suggest a possible way to achieve this.
