SAP Fiori standalone application - user being re-directed to Fiori launchpad

Hello,

We have configured SAML 2.0 in our landscape with SAP NW GW, SAP ECC on HANA and Microsoft ADFS as Identity provider.

We have a stand alone application with below URL:

https://reverseproxy:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/standaloneapp

Everything works great in our set up, except that the user gets re-directed to the Fiori Launchpad instead of going to the stand alone app. Once a session is established, entering the same URL in the browser takes the user directly to the stand alone application.

My assumption is that this is due to the default application path configured in the SAML config. See below:

Is there any way we can avoid this from happening? Ideally, we want the user to be taken to the application directly and not the the launchpad. We have about 4-5 standalone applications.

Abhinav,

Yes, it is because 'RelayState Mapping' is empty and you are directed to the defualt path.

You need to configure 'RelayState Mapping' for deep linking during SAML.
