Apply kernel patch for 7.00 with V5R4M0

Hello

I am very new for iseries. i have patch kernel level from 117 to 133.

i refer Note 912575. but i didn't clear what/how to do it?

I already download patches from SMP and rename it SAPEXE.SAR and SAPEXEDB.SAR (part1 AND part2).

i have lot's doubts like

how to put on server ? with any specific name? what's code?

Detail use of lodsapkrn command?

i guess first i have to create new lib. name other than SAP<SID>UC then switch system to new lib?
