Basic Operation in SAP Cloud Portal

Hy, I am complitly new in SAP technologies, I am wishing to creat a portal for my company to make connection between our applications and with the customer, to show the applications to them, to try it out and so on... I have find the documentation to the portal, but there are still some questions and some black spots to fill it up.

Can I ask further documentation? Connected with, portal content designing, content managing, evolve the site with the Fiori launchpad.
