what is the purpose of BUZEI in BSID???

Say i have an Invoice '0123456789' with Accounting Doc Num '12381213' and this invoice has some 10 line items.Now please tell me how does this buzei correspond to this situation.

Hi Arshi

All line items within an accounting document receive a number with which they can be identified. The numbers are assigned consecutively by the system when entering the document

HI,

Depending on the Integration settings, in your case the accounting doucment may have 11 line items (10 for Inventory line items and one for Cost of goods sold, In this case it is assumed that 10 materials of different types hitting different FG a/c are delivered)or 2 line items one for Inventory and one for COGS ( IN this cas it is assumed that all the FG materials are integrated to one FG inventory a/c).

In the first case the acounting doucment will have 11 line items and these are numbered from 01 to 11.

In the laster case it creates onl;y 2 line items with 01 & 02.

These numbers are stored in the feild BUZEI.

For developing any ABAP report this feild may be of use in special cases..

BSID-BUZEI is the Accounting Doc Line item. Does it not match with the 10 line items you have for that Acctg Doc?
