CRM Interactions in Interaction Contact APP for Hybris Marketing

Hi Community,

we have to integrate CRM Activities as Interactions into the extracted BP from CRM. What I can see in HANA View AN_CE_CRMDOCS_FOR_CONTACTS there is a calculated column IS_CONTACT and filled with "X", if PFT_1 = "X" or PFT_6 ="X" or PFT_7 ="X" from table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX.

Later on in HANA View CA_CE_CRM_INTERACTIONS this calculated column is filtered by "X".

Does it means, the standard shows only CRM Interactions in case of B2B contacts or why this calculated column is used? What's about B2C contacts?

We are using yMkt 1702 on premise.

    Hi Frank,

    Activities integration scenarios are relevant for B2B corporate accounts/contacts only in Hybris Marketing as of now. It is not possible to have integration of activities for B2C contacts from CRM / C4C systems. Technically you can have activities only if contact has relationship of BP in the Hybris Marketing system.
