Using field 'Reason' of Activities into a Query

- Hello Gentlemen,

Hope you guys can support me on this issue,

We're trying to create a new query on CRM (v4.0 SP09) through txns 'SQ01' and 'SQ02' but we cannot bring field 'Reason' from CRM Activities (Contact - BUS2000126) - we want that to come besides other Contact fields and informations as 'direction'; 'partner'; etc. but the problem is that it does not make part of table 'CRMD_ORDERADM_H'.

We have still found table 'QPCD' that have this information but we were not able to bring information related to fields 'CODE'; 'CODEGRUPPE' and 'KATALOGART'.

Would that be a problem that we don't have the right table or it's realted to the join type that must exist between these tables? Hope anyone can give us a direction on this...
